We haven't written about Epic Meal Time yet, and it's about time we start. They've made gigantic S'mores, an omelette with 84 eggs (no, that's not a typo), and tequila tacos. But this one is definitely their masterpiece:
Aside from the fact that the "chef" in this video looks like a cross between Ray and Will Ferrell, there is also 20 pounds of bacon, 13 pounds of ground beef and 11 pounds of sausage in this manly meat monstrosity. You could also probably feed the entire Steelers roster with a Sloppy Roethlisberger, considering it has over 100,000 calories.
Here's a random comparison chart of what 100,000 calories looks like:
- 3,125 pieces of Laffy Taffy
- 770 bags of Baked! Lays potato chips
- 434 cups of Panera Broccoli Cheddar Soup
- 1,563 cans of MGD 64 beer.
- 174 Big Macs
Yes, that's roughly 50 days worth of FDA's recommended limits for 2,000 calorie diets. Part of me feels like maybe they should feed the hungry with all this epic meal time, but it's so awesome that I'm a vegetarian and I sort of want to try it anyway. This whole sloppy mess is definitely:
