What is The Flo? Obvious jokes aside, it was a revolutionary workout program that took the world by storm in the early 1990's. People everywhere were reaching for their magical water-filled plastic bag to help transform themselves into marvels of modern athleticism. The Flo wasn't just a game-changing piece of exercise equipment, it was a way to turn your sad and boring life into something amazing.
Or it was a failed excercise program that would have been mocked like the Prancercise lady if it had been created in the era of YouTube. Either way, it's still living on thanks to the venerable video sharing service.

While December may have been a slow month, it did bring us a couple of treats as well as news that should make 2014 amazing. We also have Marvel following DC and relaunching some of their bigger titles, as well as... Read More
We love Make-A-Wish here at Bro Council, and now we love Beyonce too.
A 12-year-old girl named Taylon Davis has an inoperable brain tumor and a single wish; she wanted to dance with Beyonce. So during her recent tour stop in Las Vegas, Taylon sat in the front row until Beyonce came over to sing a duet of Love on Top and then a serenade of Survivor. Taylon was obviously emotional, and we saw once again what kind of joy Make-A-Wish is capable of providing.
There is a great quote from a philanthropist named Ivy McGregor in the video that sums up Taylon's story:
Here's a little girl literally fighting for her life. Tomorrow's... Read More
It's getting close to Christmas, and the holiday season is in full effect. You know who loves Christmas? DMX loves Christmas.
The Ruff Ryders rapper just can't control himself, and busted out an impromptu version of "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer" when he was visiting New York's Power 105.1 radio station last holiday season. DMX used the desk to bang out a beat, and included a few of his signature "WHAT" and "C'MON!" shout-outs, which are extremely important in any DMX song.
You can check out the video clip below, and be sure to check out DMX getting confused by "a Google" in the same interview here.

WWE wrestling legend "Hot Rod" Rowdy Roddy Piper is here to help us ring in the Christmas season by singing his version of The Twelve Days of Christmas with Craig. Who is Craig you ask? Craig is "the number one fan in the world of the Roddy Piper President Club" (what??), and instead of all the stuff that no one cares about like lords leaping and maids milking, Roddy puts some of his old time wrestling moves on poor Craig.
I love Piper's awesome Christmas sweater and the caroling, but he seems more like the creepy uncle that no one mentions at Christmas than a wrestling legend. Oh well, it's still great to see the Hot Rod beating people... Read More
Recently, this Tweet popped up on my Twitter feed:
I no longer follow the person, because that person is not actually having a real issue. One of my big pet peeves is when people misuse the words 'literally' and 'actually'.
Here is a quick lesson on the usage of these words:
Yes, you may be hungry, but no, you can not literally eat a cow.
No, you will not actually die if you get to meet Channing Tatum, Olivia Munn, or whatever One Jonas Direction Brother is popular this week.
Yes, your grandfather is old, but he is not literally two hundred years old.
No, I am not figuratively bothered by the abuse and misuse of... Read More
